America needs to get its butt and get on the move....

Ok- how many times and how many ways to do we need to hear it?  As a nation we are fat, sedentary, and dying of illnesses that are in many cases the direct the result of our lifestyles.. We simply don't need to have yet another study demonstrating that exercise is good for us.  We simply need to get off of our rears and exercise!!   September 20-27th is America on the Move week.. The food and drug administration recommends that adults get 60 minutes of daily exercise to prevent weight gain and 90 minutes to lose weight.  For most people even fitting 30 minutes into a busy schedule isn’t always possible.
